Chain terminator for the RNA-dependent RNA polymerases,Nucleotides/Nucleosides and their analogs are considered to be an important group of bioactive compounds with crucial antiviral (anti-HVB, anti-HCV and anti-HIV etc.) and antitumor effect. 3ʹ-deoxy-3’, 4ʹ-didehydro-GTP (ddhGTP) is a synthetic chain terminator for the RNA-dependent RNA polymerases.
